Ingredients for hors d'oeuvres: 1 big carrot, 2 small courgettes, olive oil, 1 can of green tapenade, 2 beautiful slices of country ham, chopped chives, a handful of coarsely crushed groundnuts, pepper.
Peel the carrot and wash the courgettes. Cut into thin strips or slices. Sauté a few minutes in oil in order to make them crunchy. Incorporate the green tapenade and add pepper. Cut ham into slices and add to vegetables. Distribute in small bowls and top with the groundnuts and chives.
Tip: To make real spaghetti, use a vegetable "pencil sharpener", available in cookware shops.
