Ingredients for a starter: 200g of various peas: green peas, snow peas, fresh beans, etc., 2 small chopped onions, 100 g fresh goat cheese, 1 can of black tapenade, 150 g flour, 75g softened butter, salt and pepper.

Preheat oven to 220°C (gas mark 7). Boil vegetables and onions 10 min. Drain. Mix with black tapenade and add pepper. Pour into individual dishes, crumble goat cheese on top. Knead the flour, softened butter, salt and pepper until the mixture has the consistency of coarse sand. Sprinkle on the vegetables. Bake 20 min.

Tip: If you're in a hurry, use frozen vegetables. They do not need cooking ahead of time.
