Based on the purest southern tradition, the six Specialities from the South recipes honour all the Mediterranean's flavours with sunny-tasting products. As a side dish, on toast or in a verrine, these vegetable, olive and anchovy spreads can be enjoyed hot or cold and offer a host of possibilities. 

Black tapenade 780g

A delicious mixture of crushed black olives with real bits of olives, extra-virgin olive oil, capers, garlic and anchovies. Ready to use in many ways: on toast, in verrines, as a side dish or a dip, etc. All the warmth of the south is found in this recipe cooked in the purest Provençal tradition. Can be served hot or cold.

Ingredients : Black olives 93%, capers 3%, garlic, salt, anchovy paste 0.7% (contains fish), extra virgin olive oil, vinegar. May contain pieces of olive pits.
