Made with fresh, carefully chosen vegetables, Maison Raymond's five vegetable spreads let amateur cooks' imaginations run wild! These recipes based on black and green olives, aubergines and dried tomatoes or bell peppers are developed in the purest southern tradition. Delicious on blinis or served in verrines with fromage frais, they will also add colour to the most sophisticated dishes! 

Bell pepper spread

The intense flavour of red bell peppers patiently roasted in the oven reveals a colourful recipe. Garlic and extra-virgin olive oil perfect this "Délice de Poivrons" to send food-lovers into flights of ecstasy.
