Wraps with tuna, sun vegetables and capers

Ingredients: 2 maize flour tortillas, 4 pitted black olives, 60g of tuna packed in water, 1 can of Sun Vegetable Mousse, 1 handful of sprouted seeds, 1 tablespoon of capers, salt and pepper
Coarsely chop the olives. Drain the tuna. Combine with the Sun Vegetable Mousse. Add salt and pepper. Spread ¼ the tuna mixture on a wrap. Top with sprouts and capers. Fold the bottom of the tortilla, roll it up and keep together with a toothpick. Make the other wraps.
Tip: Slip a lettuce leaf between the wrap and the mousse mixture.
The little +: Replace the olive oil with hazelnut or argan oil.
