Ingredients: 1 red onion, 4 small button mushrooms, 2 bagels, 1 can Tomato, Mustard, Parmesan Mousse, 2 nice slices of cold roast beef, 1 handful of rocket, five-berry pepper mixture.
Peel the onion. Cut onion and mushrooms into thin slices. Slice bagels in half. Spread a thick layer of Tomato Parmesan Mousse on one side. Top with mushrooms, roast beef, red onions, rocket and pepper. Close and enjoy.
Tip: Squeeze lemon juice over the sliced mushrooms to keep them from turning black.
