Southwest sandwich

Ingredients: 1 country baguette, 1 can of Goat Cheese, Walnut and Raisin Mousse, 10 slices of dried duck breast, 1 handful of lamb's lettuce, chervil and balsamic vinegar.
Cut baguette in 2. Cut each piece again lengthwise. Spread half the Goat Cheese, Walnut and Raisin Mousse on a baguette slice. Put the duck breasts on top and add some lamb's lettuce and chervil. Sprinkle with a few drops of balsamic vinegar. Close the sandwich with the other half and enjoy.
The little +: Strengthen the flavours of the mousse by adding some walnuts and grapes.
