Made with fresh, carefully chosen vegetables, Maison Raymond's five vegetable spreads let amateur cooks' imaginations run wild! These recipes based on black and green olives, aubergines and dried tomatoes or bell peppers are developed in the purest southern tradition. Delicious on blinis or served in verrines with fromage frais, they will also add colour to the most sophisticated dishes! 

Aubergine spread


Prepared with delicious aubergines, sweet onions, garlic, extra-virgin olive oil and a dash of lemon juice, this spread can be enjoyed on a slice of bread or as an accompaniment to sophisticated dishes.

Ingredients : precooked aubergines 81% (aubergines 91%, rapeseed oil 9%), onions, extra virgin olive oil, parsley 2%, garlic, salt, concentrated lemon juice base.
