Made with fresh, carefully chosen vegetables, Maison Raymond's five vegetable spreads let amateur cooks' imaginations run wild! These recipes based on black and green olives, aubergines and dried tomatoes or bell peppers are developed in the purest southern tradition. Delicious on blinis or served in verrines with fromage frais, they will also add colour to the most sophisticated dishes! 

Green tapenade

A delicious mixture of olives, capers, garlic and extra-virgin olive oil, green tapenade is spread on toast for an aperitif or prepared with grilled fish. Real bits of olives reveal all the originality of this refined recipe.

Ingredients : Green olives 80% (olives, salt, citric acid), extra virgin olive oil, capers 4.5%, garlic, anchovy paste 2% (contains fish), vinegar, salt and pepper. May contain pieces of olive pits.
