Ingredients for hors d'oeuvres: 1 large cucumber, 1 Greek-style yogurt, 10 to 15 cl of milk depending on the desired consistency, 1 garlic clove, 2 ice cubes, 1 can of bell pepper spread, chives, salt & pepper.
Wash and grate the cucumber, squeezing out excess water with your hands. Add yogurt, milk and garlic. Season and finish with ice cubes. In a food processor, make an emulsion until obtaining a frothy milk shake. Pour into small glasses. Put a spoonful of bell pepper spread in each glass. Garnish with chives. Serve immediately so that the milk shake remains airy.
