Filo dough triangle with dried tomato spread

Ingredients: 1 jar Maison Raymond dried tomato spread, 7 sheets of filo pastry, juice of ½ lemon, butter
1. Preheat oven to 200°C
2. Melt butter in a saucepan
3. Cut the sheets into triangles and brush lightly with the melted butter
4. Stack 3 filo pastry triangles and put on a non-stick baking sheet.
5. Bake 10 min. until the sheets are golden
6. Put them on a pretty oval plate
7. Spread the Maison Raymond dried tomato spread on the pastry
8. Garnish with chervil and enjoy!
 The little +: Add a few drops of lemon juice before serving.
