Bruschetta with artichokes and pancetta

Ingredients: 2 big slices of whole-grain bread, 1 can Special Cherry Tomato Mozzarella Basil Warm Toast, 4 canned artichoke hearts, 6 slices pancetta, parmesan shavings, fresh basil and pepper.
Drain artichoke hearts and cut in half. Spread a generous layer of the  "Cherry Tomato, Mozzarella, Basil" preparation on the bread. Add the pancetta,  parmesan shavings, fresh basil and pepper. Grill bruschettas until golden and crispy. Just before serving, garnish with chopped fresh basil.
The little +: Accompany with a crispy salad of baby lettuce.
