Pepper cucumber milkshake
For 6 people
Preparation: 10 minutes
1 large cucumber bio / 1 garlic clove / 2 sprigs of chives / 15cl milk / 1 yogurt stirred / 1 tray of pepper Delights Maison Raymond / ice / salt and pepper
- Wash and grate the cucumber. Wring hands to remove excess water. Peel and cut the garlic clove in four.
- Put everything in a blender and add the yogurt, milk and 2 ice cubes. Add salt and pepper and then lather up frothy milkshake.
- Divide into 6 small glasses. In each of them drop a scoop of pepper Delight. Rinse, pat dry chives and expand it into sections. Decorate by all.
