Ingredients: 1 can Maison Raymond tomato mustard parmesan mousse, 1/3 of a multi-grain baguette, 1 courgette, 1 tomato, 2 thin slices roast turkey, a few rocket leaves and olive oil.
Cut courgettes into thin slices and grill with a drizzle of oil. Wash and dry tomatoes and cut into slices. Cut open the baguette. Spread the inside with the tomato-mustard-parmesan mousse. Top with rocket, tomato slices, turkey slices and three courgette slices.
