Mini salmon burgers with lime zest

Ingredients for 8 mini burgers : 8 mini burgers with sesame, 2 glasses of Spreadable Salmon with Lime Zest Maison Raymond, 4 radishes , a few arugula leaves, 1 slice of smoked salmon and ½ lime

The steps of the recipe:

- Separate mini burgers in 2 in the thickness direction

- Slice the radishes after passing under cool water

- Cut the smoked salmon into strips

- Post a nice spoon Spreadable Salmon with Lime Zest Maison Raymond on the 2 halves of mini- burger

- Overcome the basis of 3 slices of radish, arugula a sheet and a smoked salmon strap

- Season with a lemon drop 

- Close the burgers with the other half . Hold with toothpicks 

- Enjoy
