Made with fresh, carefully chosen vegetables, Maison Raymond's five vegetable spreads let amateur cooks' imaginations run wild! These recipes based on black and green olives, aubergines and dried tomatoes or bell peppers are developed in the purest southern tradition. Delicious on blinis or served in verrines with fromage frais, they will also add colour to the most sophisticated dishes! 

Dried tomato spread

 
Enhanced with a bit of garlic, basil and olive oil, the intense flavour of sun-dried ripe tomatoes reveals a joyful medley of Mediterranean flavours. Ideal for jazzing up a dish of pasta or a delicious steamed fish! Ready to use in many ways: on toast, in verrines, as a side dish or a dip, etc.

Ingredients : Dried tomatoes 35%, water, crushed tomatoes (tomatoes, tomato juice), rapeseed oil, wine vinegar, extra virgin olive oil, salt, basil 1.6%, garlic 0.8% and herbs. Contains sulfites.
